1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Hibage platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hibage. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Hibage platform.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one Hibage account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Hibage uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if multiple registrations are identified.

When registering on Hibage, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your Hibage account credentials — including your password and any linked mobile wallet details — secure and confidential. Hibage will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. 4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Hibage are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Hibage supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your Hibage account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Before your first withdrawal, Hibage may require you to complete identity verification. 8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Hibage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Hibage has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or is engaged in any activity that is harmful to Hibage, other players, or third parties.

Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Hibage will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension is due to a breach of these terms by the account holder.
• If your account is suspended pending investigation, Hibage will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days.
